The Oasis Group
Niall and Jeff are award-winning agents based in Sarasota, Florida, featured in multiple mainstream media outlets for their outstanding service and sales. They own The Oasis Group, a boutique team of agents focused on the Sarasota, Bradenton and Lakewood Ranch areas. In 2026, they're on track to produce over $100 million in sales between them.
The gap
After founding The Oasis Group, they realized there was a huge gap in technology to support both agents and team managers. Current CRMs have a very low engagement rate from real estate agents — they simply aren't built for people on the move. Out of frustration, they reached out to their developer contacts and began building solutions on top of their existing CRM.
AgentBuddi is born
In the market, agents started to see these tools and asked how they could get access. That led Niall and Jeff to commercialize AgentBuddi and build a full ecosystem to support agents in the field and team managers.
The principle
The principle was simple: make agents safer, create deeper connections with clients which leads to more conversions, and deliver better productivity for the agent and the team.
